How to Apply

We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track their child's application status. 

Have a K-12 student currently enrolled at OC?

  • Use your K-12th grade FACTS Family Portal username and password and login to add a new student application here.
  • Please note: a Preschool or TK FACTS Tuition login will not work for our K-12 application.
  • If you do not remember your K-12 FACTS Family Portal username and password, you can reset it using the email address we have on file here.

Current OC Preschool/TK Family or New to Ontario Christian?

  • If you do not currently have a student attending OC’s grades K-12 or are new to our school, begin the Online Application process by Creating a NEW FACTS Account.
  • Please note: a Preschool or TK FACTS Tuition login will not work for Kindergarten applications.
  • Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your FACTS Family Portal account and Create A New Student Application for your child.

A non-refundable fee of $200 must be submitted for each individual student application.

After submitting the application, you will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account to update your open application.

You will also be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms, and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

If you have not already done so, please consider making an appointment to visit. We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to tour our school and campus.
